Welcome to TripnCab (“we”, “our”, or “us”), operated by MANGMEE TAWEEKHOON MOBILITY CO., LTD., Thailand.
By accessing or using our website https://www.tripncab.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Services
TripnCab provides airport transfer and city transfer services with a driver through an online booking platform. All bookings are made online and require full advance payment (100%) before the service is confirmed.
2. Booking and Payment
- All prices displayed on the website are shown before payment.
- All bookings must be made through our website or authorized channels.
- All online payments are processed securely via Omise, our authorized payment gateway. We do not store your credit or debit card details.
- Confirmation of booking will be sent via email or WhatsApp once the payment is verified.
3. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate pickup and drop-off details
- Providing valid contact information
- Being present at the pickup location at the scheduled time
Failure to do so may affect service delivery.
4. Refund and Cancellation Policy
` Your cancellation and refund rights are governed by our specific Refund & Cancellation Policy. By making a booking, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the terms outlined in that policy.
5. Service Operation
- All services are operated directly by our company.
- We may engage third-party providers or subcontractors; however, all services will remain under our company’s terms, conditions, standards, and full responsibility for supervision and service quality.
- Estimated travel times and routes are indicative and may vary due to traffic or external conditions.
6. Changes and Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice.
7. Passenger & Luggage Policy
Accuracy of Booking Information
Passengers are required to accurately declare the number of passengers and luggage at the time of booking. The vehicle assigned is based solely on the information provided. TripnCab reserves the right to act in accordance with this policy if the actual number of passengers or luggage exceeds what was declared.
Note: Every individual — including infants and young children — counts as 1 passenger. Each piece of luggage, including small bags and carry-ons, counts as 1 piece of luggage.
Excess Passengers or Luggage
If the actual number of passengers or luggage exceeds the capacity of the booked vehicle, an additional vehicle will be required. In this case:
- The passenger may arrange an additional vehicle independently, or
- Request TripnCab to arrange one — the additional vehicle will be charged at the standard full booking rate.
If the passenger refuses to arrange or accept an additional vehicle, the booking will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be issued.
8. Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to traffic conditions, weather, or force majeure events.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and software, is the property of TripnCab and may not be used without prior written permission.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Thailand.
