Service & Waiting Policy
This policy applies to all bookings made through TripnCab, operated by MANGMEE TAWEEKHOON MOBILITY CO., LTD. By confirming a booking, you agree to the following conditions.
The pickup time selected during booking is chosen by the customer. For airport pickups, the pickup time is not automatically adjusted based on flight landing time.
Customers are responsible for selecting an appropriate pickup time, allowing sufficient time for immigration, baggage claim, and airport procedures. TripnCab is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect time selection.
- If a flight is canceled or rescheduled, customers must inform us at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
- In the case of flight delays, we will monitor the flight arrival and adjust the pickup accordingly.
- Failure to notify us in advance may result in service disruption and be treated as a No-show.
- The driver will wait up to 30 minutes after the scheduled pickup time.
- Extended waiting is available up to 1 hour 30 minutes after the scheduled pickup time.
- If additional waiting is required beyond this period, passengers must notify us in advance.
For pickups at hotels, condominiums, office buildings, or private houses, the designated meeting point will be the hotel lobby, main entrance, building entrance, or house gate.
- The driver will wait up to 20 minutes after the scheduled pickup time.
If the pickup address is unclear and the passenger cannot be contacted, the driver will wait at a nearby accessible location until the waiting time expires.
If no contact is made within the allowed waiting period, the booking will be considered a Passenger No-show.
- Each vehicle has a maximum passenger and luggage capacity.
- One child is counted as one passenger.
- Each small bag is counted as one piece of luggage.
If the number of passengers or luggage exceeds the vehicle capacity, TripnCab reserves the right to refuse service. The customer must arrange an additional booking at their own expense. TripnCab may assist in arranging additional vehicles when available, but availability is not guaranteed.
TripnCab reserves the right to refuse service in situations that violate safety regulations, legal requirements, or operational standards.
